Refund policy
In order to receive a refund, all purchased merchandise must be factory sealed. The Bodywand only accepts returns for items purchased on this website. Items purchased elsewhere are not eligible for returns. You may be asked to provide proof that the package is still factory sealed. Shipping charges are not refundable. International customers are responsible for duty taxes and shipping if order is refused. Defective items can only be replaced with another of the same item, no substitutions will be made and no refunds will be issued. Non-defective items may not be returned for any reason. You agree that the sole and exclusive maximum liability to Xgen Products arising from any product sold on the The Bodywand site shall be the price of the product ordered. To start a return, you can contact us at service@xgenproducts.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
